Pineapple Diet

Pineapple is not just a delicious fruit, and fruit, which contains enzymes. These are substances that help our bodies fight the deposition of subcutaneous fat, as well as contribute to a better functioning of the stomach. Due to this pineapple for weight loss is very effective.

For diet, you will need about 4-5 pineapples. Two pineapples should be cut and divided into four portions on four meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper.

Of the remaining pineapples should make a 1 liter of juice and drink it only during the day. And do not eat any food, only pineapples.

If your body cannot withstand this kind of restriction, then you can add to your diet a little (about 100g) of cooked chicken meat, the same fat-free yogurt or cottage cheese weight or 100 grams of any lean meat (preferably poultry). You can also use rye bread.
